Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of innovative workforce reporting and analytics solutions.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models in Oracle HCM, integrating with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Design and implement automated, self-service, and advanced analytics solutions for HR and business users.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions through clear strategies, best practices, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce data to identify key trends and risks, delivering insights and executive reporting that guide HR strategy and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, maintain data integrity in partnership with HRIS, Privacy, and IT, and support audits, validations, and system testing during HCM updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or HRIS, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with HCM systems and advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design complex reporting solutions and dashboards.
