We are seeking a skilled Treatment Plant Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost projections for labor, materials, and other resources required for project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Analysis: Analyze historical data, current market trends, and project specifications to ensure the most accurate and competitive estimates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, including cost overruns, delays, and availability of materials, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Value Engineering: Assess and suggest value engineering or alternative construction methods to reduce costs without compromising project quality.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in estimating for civil construction or treatment plant projects, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, or stormwater infrastructure.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, project management software, and estimating tools.
