About the Role:

The Cost Associate will be responsible for managing product costs, including material, labor, and overhead costs. This involves annual cost updates and cost reporting for new, proposed, and existing products.

You will also provide cost impacts analysis for Part Change Notices and support Operations in Continuous Improvement Projects. Additionally, you will assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage product costs, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
  2. Conduct annual cost updates and cost reporting for new, proposed, and existing products.
  3. Provide cost impacts analysis for Part Change Notices.
  4. Support Operations in Continuous Improvement Projects.
  5. Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least two years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or a US-based company is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
