As a Profitability Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to improve profitability and drive business growth at WrkPod.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing sales and financial performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with non-finance stakeholders to deliver beneficial commercial outcomes.
  • Supporting the preparation of internal reports for key business decision-making.
  • Providing commercial support for price planning and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Leading finance projects and managing Phocas dashboards and reporting tools.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience as a finance/analytics professional.
  • Solid commercial finance acumen with a proven track record of driving commercial agendas.
  • Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated financial modeling experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
