Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UEM solutions, with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and ConfigMgr. Additionally, they should have experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires full-time employment. The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting various UEM solutions, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical service role
  • Advanced knowledge of client PC products and core software products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate level of experience in configuring and supporting complex issues with UEM solutions
