About the Email Solutions Specialist Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to fill the role of Email Solutions Specialist. This multifaceted position requires a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, deliverability optimization, and sender reputation management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Email Deliverability Best Practices: Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management and authentication protocols.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot email-related issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Email Compliance Standards: Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Platform Improvement: Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Visual Email Automation: Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms and other collaborative tools.
  • User Training and Adoption: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Email Performance Metrics: Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • IP Management and Authentication: Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Deliverability Issues: Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Email Compliance Regulations: Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
