Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Crew Officer
  • Leading the initial interview process, briefing, and onboarding sessions for crew members.
  • Effectively managing global crew changes while maintaining adherence to company policies.
  • Overseeing the evaluation and development of crew performance, including training programs and compliance with OM matrix regulations.
  • Ensuring timely verification and approval of expenses related to crew operations.
Maritime Purchaser
  • Negotiating and procuring chemicals, provisions, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for vessels.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring data accuracy within systems.
  • Working closely with senior purchasing officers and technical superintendents to address vessel requirements.
  • Maintaining seamless coordination with onboard management teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Shipping or Maritime industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Tanker Vessels and Chemical Vessels.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English.
