Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a fast-paced environment. Insurance specialists play a critical part in ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Processing: Process new insurance policy applications, guaranteeing all necessary information and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Policy Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations: Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Compliance: Review policy applications for adherence to company standards and regulatory demands.
Key Skills:
  • Maintain precise and organized client files and policy records.
  • Guarantee all policy documentation is properly scanned, filed, and stored.
  • Generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.

A solid understanding of insurance policies and procedures, excellent organizational and time-management skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.
