Automation Developer

About the Role:

As an Automation Developer, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact.

Focus Areas & Deliverables:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
