Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our team. As an Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that drive business efficiency and improve process quality.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using various tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
  • Design and develop custom scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and share knowledge of automation best practices and tool usage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and scale automations with Make.com (Integromat) and other integration platforms.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in current processes and turn them into seamless, automated workflows.
  • Write custom scripting (Python/Node.js) when off-the-shelf tools can't get the job done.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to map out processes and design smarter, automated systems.
  • Automate data scraping and enrichment for recruiting and marketing using tools like Apify and Clearbit.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in building in Make.com (Integromat).
  • Proven experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
  • Comfortable writing custom automations with Python or Node.js.
  • Systems thinker: able to understand how processes work and how to improve them.
