Junior Quality Assurance Consultant Role

This is an entry-level position in the quality assurance (QA) department. As a Junior QA Consultant, you will be responsible for testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and two years of professional experience in QA or software testing.

Key responsibilities include testing and validating integrations between systems, reviewing user stories and integration requirements, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, and verifying data mapping and synchronization.

You will work closely with developers, BI/reporting teams, and Technical Solutions Architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Additionally, you will contribute to QA automation initiatives as skills develop, assist in maintaining QA process documentation and knowledge base, and participate in regular project meetings providing QA updates and insights.
