Role Overview

This role is a vital component of our real estate technology platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional results for homebuyers and sellers.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our core business, Agent Referrals. You will work closely with product and business stakeholders to identify key metrics, analyze data, and provide vital insights into the health and performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and measure key metrics to prove existing product performance and customer success.
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate the future growth of opportunities for our business.
  • Build business cases, operating, and financial models while working with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned for operational status surrounding product and business lines.
  • Market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and aid decision-making that sets the strategy and vision for our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.
  • Ability to learn and pick-up other data analytics tools.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
