Strategic Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to lead our global initiatives and oversee entire life cycles of system implementation projects. As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage leadership skills to motivate project management teams and drive results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective provisioning of development and deployment activities.
  • Oversee progress, quality, scope, time, cost, and requirements, making strategic decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage resources efficiently and cultivate key stakeholder relationships to foster business growth.
  • Monitor operations, meet KPIs, and track key performance indicators for driver, vendor, customer support, and transport operations.
  • Streamline project management practices, enhance efficiency, and improve customer service and operations through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
