We are seeking a highly skilled Project Strategist to lead the coordination and execution of creative projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and leading calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
  • Managing and organizing project files in cloud storage platforms, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Creating and managing task lists based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Partnering with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Monitoring project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in using project management platforms, including Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
