We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to safeguard our digital platforms from financial abuse.
About the Role- Monitor financial systems, dashboards, and game logs to detect suspicious transactions.
- Evaluate flagged orders and make informed decisions regarding approval or denial of purchases.
- Analyze user legitimacy using advanced tools such as Kibana, Glyph CST, and Safetech.
- Implement bans on fraudulent accounts or Steam IDs and escalate complex cases.
- Develop and manage rules in fraud prevention systems to stay ahead of emerging tactics.
- Collaborate with support, publishing, and platform teams to refine processes and improve efficiency.
- Deliver regular reports summarizing financial trends and mitigation actions.
- Experience in fraud operations, chargeback resolution, or payment reviews.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk), and payment platforms (Steam, PayPal).
- Basic understanding of account data, transactions, and digital fraud signals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and investigative work.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Background in games or digital services.
- Experience with SQL, Kibana, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of gaming ecosystems or virtual economies.
