Financial Management Professional WantedWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Management Professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, coordinating with external partners, and providing essential financial analysis to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and manage payment schedules
  • Manage customer payments and maintain accurate customer account records
  • Develop and maintain basic cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning
  • Serve as primary liaison with external accounting firms, ensuring timely submission of documents and information
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and practices
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
QualificationEducation & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial management experience, preferably with international companies
  • Experience working with international accounting standards and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with US accounting practices beneficial but not required
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable management
  • Familiarity with cash flow analysis and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities
