Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic talent pool. As a freelance Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across multiple industries, leveraging your expertise in a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Analyze project performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience; PMP certification highly desirable
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills
