Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Property Management Group, vendors, and staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives.

  2. Oversee all aspects of the operational facilities department, managing facility inventory and assets.

  3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the facility.

  4. Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections as required by code or internal standards.

  5. Provide employees with facilities and support services to increase employee satisfaction at the workplace.

  6. Respond to Internal Helpdesk tickets, providing supporting documentation and closing tickets.

  7. Assist Information Services in maintaining proper working order and coordinating maintenance schedules.

  8. Support the Project team on renovations and budget preparation.

  9. Budget monitoring and financial reporting.

  10. Plan, coordinate, and implement facilities projects for timely completion.

  11. Review and validate invoices prior to payment.

  12. Collaborate with building administration on issues related to cleanliness, shutdowns, power, water, elevators, parking, and air-conditioning.

  13. Manage facility maintenance personnel (Handyman).

  14. Handle leasehold improvements and upkeep of critical equipment.

  15. Evaluate and coordinate with General Services staff.

  16. Ensure efficient utilization of company resources and propose changes to improve cost efficiency and overall effectiveness.

  17. Process compliance to standard operating procedures, policies, and deliverables.

  18. Coordinate Corporate Asset management with Technical & Finance Department.

  19. Assist in reviewing drafted General Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures.

  20. Update trackers for AMC, Utilities consumption, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Preferred: Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.

  • Familiarity with basic civil and structural building construction, interior, and exterior.

  • Knowledge of designing and computing Electrical and Mechanical plans.

  • Understanding of Generator sets and UPS units operation and maintenance.

  • Able to evaluate vendor preventive maintenance reports and provide action plans.

  • Basic project management skills.

  • Ability to work extended or flexible hours if needed.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and conditions.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

  • Pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members.
