We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk professional to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and track customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary of 30,000
- Hybrid work arrangement with 3-4 onsite days per week
