Job Title: Service Desk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk professional to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support
  • Experience with ticketing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
