Content Creator Opportunity

Cognizant is seeking a skilled content creator to produce high-quality documentation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly content for various audiences.


Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling content: Create articles, help site content, standard operating procedures (SOPs), support agent troubleshooters, and canned responses that meet our clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with internal teams to identify documentation requirements, ensure accuracy, and enhance the user experience.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver results while minimizing revisions and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customize content for different audiences: tailor your writing to meet the needs of technical teams, marketing professionals, and end-users.
  • Process content requests efficiently: manage briefs, define deliverables, and provide accurate effort estimations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years completed in college
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into clear, concise language
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, help center writing, product writing, customer support, or operations writing
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Amenable to work in a Hybrid setup, Uptown Mall Tower 1, BGC; night shift
  • Start as soon as possible
