Key Program Coordinator Position

This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing faculty programs and student events related to EMC. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting operational matters involving the Academics team, encompassing academic load assignment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, policy development, process implementation, and systems development.
- Providing administrative support for faculty concerns and requests.
- Maintaining online class observation and providing instructor feedback.
- Participating in periodic curriculum review, revision, and development under program head supervision.
- Ensuring the integration of essential soft skills and values into college programs and subjects to prepare students and graduates for industry demands.
In addition, you will be responsible for teaching course-related subjects (9-12 units per trimester) and collaborating with the program head to develop and implement programs aligned with organizational goals.
