We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and answer questions about our services.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a call center or sales environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
