Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to take on the key responsibility of managing medical claims and insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in handling financial transactions and data entry.

Job Description:
  • Accurately input claim information into the system and maintain organized records for easy access and reference.
  • Track payments and denials, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and reducing any potential delays.
  • Resubmit denied or incorrect claims and resolve any related issues promptly to minimize financial losses.
  • Prepare and deliver regular claim billing reports and summaries to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Contact insurance agencies to address inquiries and resolve claim denials, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical billing and claims management, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in using ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim, with expertise in navigating complex software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with minimal errors and discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
