Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to contribute to the advancement of our security offering and capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining client security systems, responding to and managing security incidents, and working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security analysis and management, with at least five years of experience in an MSP environment. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security Solutions, Network Security devices and platforms, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance, Incident Management and Reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Client Security Systems: Endpoint Protection/Anti-Virus, Email Security Solutions, Network Security Systems, Identity Threat Protection Solutions, Dark Web Protection Solutions, Data Loss Prevention Solutions, Vulnerability Scanners.
  • Responding to and Managing Security Incidents: Incident investigations, Malware Detections, Monitoring and researching evolving security threats and providing detailed analysis for security communication with clients.
  • Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Security Solution Implementation and Maintenance: Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Security Maturity and Posture Assessments: Performing security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Security or a related field.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other related certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks. Experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services. Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and experience with SOC compliance assessments.
