Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Monroe Consulting Group. This role will be based in Cebu (Mandaue City) and will be responsible for acquiring business opportunities and talent management for new/existing artists signed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify growth opportunities for the conglomerate's businesses in the region
  • Lead scouting efforts for new/potential talents/artists and searches for new compositions
  • Negotiate with artists and distribute agreements for the label
  • Prepare sales forecasts and propose budgets for artists
  • Stay up-to-date on latest trends and public demands
  • Collaborate with artists, songwriters, arrangers, and producers in music production to fulfill artists' vision and direction
  • Develop marketing/promotional campaigns in line with the Marketing Division
  • Manage concerns and/or marketing issues raised by the artist/s
  • Implement Visayas and Mindanao media promotions of the records label and other business projects as required
