Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned accounting leader to oversee consolidated financials and drive our growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with operating company controllers to close monthly books, maintaining a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable, with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Help build scalable accounting policies and processes for a rapidly growing organization, thinking strategically and collaboratively.
Requirements
  • A CPA designation is required, along with a strong background in accounting leadership roles.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software, with a willingness to adapt to evolving policies and technologies.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation, driving business growth and success.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • A background in acquisitive companies is preferred but not essential, as we value transferable skills and a growth mindset.
