About the Role

As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal condition of our properties. This involves developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating facility-related projects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain oversight of maintenance personnel and building repairs to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
  2. Design and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  3. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and building codes to protect employees, visitors, and assets.
  4. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements to secure cost-effective solutions and exceptional services.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is mandatory for this position.
  • A licensed engineer is highly desirable due to their advanced knowledge and credentials.
  • Extensive experience in facility management, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance is critical for success in this role.
