Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and offer extensions.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and bonus schemes.
- Lead performance management processes, setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and developing improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, including employee files, payroll records, and benefit enrollments.
- Analyze HR metrics, preparing reports and insights for management on turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement scores.
- Stay current on changes in HR laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and software.
