We are looking for an experienced Crisis Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL-ITSM and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and resolution efforts
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure efficient incident resolution
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders/users via email notifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in incident management
- Knowledgeable in Change Management
- Experience in handling P1/Crisis calls and Incident Management
- Strong communication skills
- ITIL-ITSM certification
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (2 days WFH & 3 days onsite)
- Adaptability to shifting schedules
