We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and promoting our services through various social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and recruitment efforts to identify potential clients
  • Answer inquiries about our services and provide detailed information on our processes
  • Client probing and one-on-one orientation to understand client needs
  • Document collection and follow-up with clients
  • Assist prospective applicants in understanding the visa process and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superiors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using social media platforms and have experience in customer service or a related field.
