Job Title:

Learning Experience Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning activities and compelling course content.

  • Develop learning strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and timely training content
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations
  • Identify the most appropriate and effective delivery mechanisms
  • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Provide learner interactivity (exercises, activities) that enhance the learning process and learner experience
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games)
  • Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the course and attainment of knowledge and other specified learner outcomes
  • Ensure the alignment of new content implementation as required, including identification of prerequisites and related/interdependent courses
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies (HTML) and multi-media formats (jpg, mp4, mp3)
  • Visual design skills (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts
  • BA or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field
