Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Specialist to create engaging learning programs for various roles. This includes developing best-in-class content and learning activities using recognized models such as ADDIE and SAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and publish interactive course content and learning activities that meet learning objectives.
  • Identify effective delivery methods to adapt instructional materials as needed.
  • Author training material using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, and eLearning courses.
Requirements
  • Experienced in all aspects of instructional design, with a proven track record of introducing innovative programs that lead to tangible results.
  • Leads others and contributes to development of learning standards, templates, and best practices.
  • A self-starter who identifies problems, evaluates options, and initiates solutions.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
