This is an exciting opportunity for a Global Payroll Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive payroll strategies, leveraging your analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own complete payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive payroll controls, including source to gross and gross to net reconciliations.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including benefits, compensation, stock options, HR services, local HR, and finance teams.
  • Provide support on strategic initiatives and country expansions, utilizing advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or HR, with strong knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law.
  2. Advanced Excel skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
