We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Officer to join our team in Manila City. As a Logistics Officer, you will oversee the efficient movement and usage of logistics dispatch throughout our company operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of goods and materials through our warehouse facilities.
  • Optimize car allocation and dispatch in our company operations and requirements.
  • Monitor logistics activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on logistics activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in a logistics, warehousing or distribution role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse and distribution personnel.
