Digital Marketing Specialist

As a senior digital designer, you'll drive the development of consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories. This role is ideal for creatives who excel in conceptual thinking and can execute exciting digital ideas.
Main Responsibilities- Develop digital marketing assets for organic/paid social, CRM, and display channels.
- Design storyboards and animations as needed to bring campaigns to life.
- Manage project workflows, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to team members.
- Translate global brand identity guidelines into creative projects.
- Maintain high standards and ensure quality work is released to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- At least 6 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
- A strong portfolio showcasing credible digital design work.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
