Delivery Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our operational team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the foundational aspects of our Customer Success department. With an emphasis on operational excellence, we are seeking an individual who can help drive efficiency and scalability within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and process-thinking skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational tools, processes, and reports, as well as maintaining and improving automations, trackers, and templates that serve as control points for core processes.

Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure process alignment and data integrity. You will also conduct data analysis and contribute to reporting and insights that support operational decision-making and performance visibility.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and planning abilities, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
