Job Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to oversee the planning, evaluation, and compliance monitoring of service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential areas for expansion based on service coverage and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate proposed locations and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Monitor progress of facility construction and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Conduct facility audits and compliance checks based on established schedules to uphold brand and service standards.
  • Ensure accurate computation of business projections for proposed and ongoing projects.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of assigned special projects within deadlines and defined scope.
  • Coordinate across departments such as Engineering, Marketing, and Finance for project alignment.
  • Provide regular updates, raise concerns, and recommend solutions through management meetings.
  • Promote consistent application of identity and service facility standards across the network.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Professional experience in facility evaluation, project management, operations, or dealership network planning.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong skills in planning and compliance assessment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can ensure timely delivery of quality outputs.
