We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and procedures
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies
