We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Overview

This is a remote role that requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale.

The successful candidate will bridge analytics and engineering, working across various platforms to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering, Analysis, & Performance
  • Create and deliver reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Partner with teams across operations, recruiting, HR, coaching, marketing, sales, and finance to build flexible, self-serve tools.
  • Collect and analyze productivity and performance data across departments; identify gaps, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Proactively surface red flags, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement before leadership asks.
Technical Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
  • Experience with Python and Java is highly preferred (Node.js a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and data pipelines.
