Job Title

A creative and skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant is sought after to work in a dynamic environment, creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create designs by hand or digitally.
  • Visual Optimization: Select fonts, colors, and layouts that enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
  • With a minimum of one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.

  • RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
  • Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
  • Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
