Role Overview

We are seeking a creative multimedia and motion designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually engaging animations and videos that bring complex ideas to life.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, including intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.
  • Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.
  • Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling.
  • Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency.
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/Powerpoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress.
