Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
