About the Opportunity
  • This role involves supporting the Sales teams by delivering non-sales support in areas of sales contracts, SFDC coding & updating, reporting, tracking, and providing administrative aid.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have a good understanding of CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and retrieve sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and other relevant documents to fulfill missing data and code it in SFDC accordingly.
  • Understand the contracts and interview sales and/or contacts related to the sales contracts that he/she is working on.
  • Maintain correct pricing schedules according to established SOPs.
  • Perform inventory checks and document all QIAGEN customer signed Sales Contracts (within or outside SFDC).
  • Analyze statutes, agreements, terms, and conditions of sales contracts and provide written analysis to managers and stakeholders.
  • Enter and cleanse sales contract information in SFDC.
  • Liaise with relevant parties related to the task at hand.
  • Coordinate with legal for advice on stipulations in sales contracts when necessary, update/maintain SFDC based on business needs.
  • Create reports from SFDC &/or SAP.
  • Facilitate meetings and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
