We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, operating registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals.

As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be required to perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change, balance the cash register, and generate reports for credit and debit sales.

About the Role
  • Responsible for operating POS systems, scanning items, and processing payments.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or any 4-year course).
  • Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Has the ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry.
  • Average communication and people skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
