Treasury Associate

• Facilitate timely coordination with all concerned stores and/or business units to facilitate daily collection of sales to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner; provide immediate notification to immediate superior for any unremitted account
• Facilitate accurate and timely deposit of collections to appropriate bank account (s) of the company; ensure that all bank deposits are supported with complete bank deposit slips and other required documentation
• Ensure proper receipt and recording of all check disbursements requests; perform thorough review and ensure that requests are re-calculated for accuracy & verified for completeness of required supporting documentations.
• Efficiently manage, maintain and replenish the department's cash-on-hand (e.g., cash float, coins and small bill exchange, etc.) in line with policy and approved processes.
• Prepare timely, accurate and complete treasury-related financial reports following standard policy and procedure; ensure timely updating of financial transactions at the official automated financial system of the company
