Accounting Executive Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounting professional to join our team.

About the Position

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of investment portfolios, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely consolidation of accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios and oversee all related accounting entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for family office and related entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
Key Skills
  • Degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a family office, private wealth, or investment environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good spoken and written English and interpersonal skills.
