Job Overview

The key function of this role is to drive strategic initiatives across the operations landscape, overseeing project portfolios and ensuring effective governance and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps aligned with business priorities, fostering a culture of proactive project management.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery within scope, timeline, and resources, promoting a collaborative approach among stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to standard project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, facilitating efficient project execution.
Project Governance & Communication
  • Cultivate strong relationships with operations leaders and teams to facilitate initiative success, leveraging their expertise and knowledge.
  • Facilitate executive updates and steering committee reviews, providing clear progress narratives and actionable insights.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering a culture of transparency.
Process Improvement & Value Delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements, driving sustainable growth and innovation.
  • Track and report on benefits realization across initiatives, measuring progress and impact.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions and minimizing disruption.

  • Strong knowledge in delivering complex initiatives, showcasing ability to handle high-pressure projects.
