About the JobIn this role, you'll analyze data, prepare reports, and provide support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs). Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing paper and electronic forms, and providing support with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in human resources, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and leave accrual records.
- Process paper and electronic forms, including contract-to-permanent hires, change-of-status, and terminations.
- Provide support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning documents, and mail merges.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- No relevant experience is typically required, but 2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suites, HRIS, and Performance Management systems is beneficial.
