Job Overview

The Property Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of property management by maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring seamless administrative workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain precise client records and property documentation.
  • Regularly update databases to reflect current client and property information.
  • Coordinate supplier, trade, and contractor scheduling for ongoing property works.
  • Schedule routine and ad-hoc property inspections.
  • Generate and distribute compliance reports, checklists, and other essential documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and email requests.
  • Prepare and deliver regular work progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Draft notification letters to clients, tenants, or contractors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team and other departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
  • Efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
