We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bebang Enterprise Inc.

Salary: Php21,000.00 per month

  • About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including sales, inventory, and employee management.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Store Supervisor in the food industry.
  • Duties will include managing finances, preparing budgets, maintaining records, evaluating supply and availability of stocks, and implementing measures to avoid stock damages and wastage.
  • The ideal candidate will also be skilled in monitoring store appearance, investigating market trends, and offering products that appeal to customers.
  • In addition, this role involves addressing customer requests and comments, motivating employees to achieve targets, and training new staff members.
  • Candidates must be willing to attend an Initial (HR) Interview online via Google Meet/Zoom and a Final Interview face-to-face in Shaw Boulevard or BGC.
